Where exactly is the house?
In a quiet Port Macquarie neighbourhood a short drive from the beaches and town centre. For privacy and security we share the exact address once a booking is confirmed.
What time is check-in and check-out?
To be confirmed: check-in and check-out times (also shown on The house page once confirmed).
Is there parking?
To be confirmed: parking arrangements (off-street spots, garage, trailer/boat space).
Is the house suitable for young children?
To be confirmed: cot/highchair availability, stairs, pool fencing and other child-relevant details.
Are pets allowed?
To be confirmed: pet policy.
Booking
Why book direct instead of through a platform?
Booking direct means your questions go straight to the owner and nothing is lost in translation. The calendar here is the same live calendar the platforms use.
Can the dates I see here be double-booked?
No. The booking engine syncs availability with Airbnb and Stayz automatically, so a date that books anywhere closes everywhere.
What is the minimum stay?
To be confirmed: minimum nights (and any peak-season variations).
Do you take last-minute bookings?

Getting there
How do we get to Port Macquarie?
To be confirmed: roughly a 4-hour drive north of Sydney on the M1/Pacific Motorway, or a one-hour flight to Port Macquarie Airport from Sydney. Confirm current routes and times.
Do we need a car?
It helps. The beaches, supermarkets and restaurants are a short drive away, though much of the town can be done on foot once you're parked.
